Ability to drill down into QA scores to see performance on individual questions
Currently the data for scorecards is aggregated by agent over a timeframe. It would be excellent if the Genesys API would allow individual call scores that includes each question as a datapoint so a dashboard could drill down to performance on particular questions per agent.
