Currently, when exporting reports from the Report Scheduler, the report scheduler extracts the whole report and disregards the filters of the report.
Is it possible to include an option to export reports WITH the applied filters in the final extracted report?1 vote
We want to update you that this feature is present in eMite 7.0.5 version and will be available when you upgrade eMite.
Our center is only open Monday thru Friday. I would like to be able to set up a daily stat dashboard that always shows data from the previous business day, but currently the "Yesterday" filter refers only to calendar days, so on Mondays it won't show the data we are looking for without a manual filter.6 votes
This can be easily accomplished by creating KPI’s using Keyword as Yesterday or Last 24 hour. Below are links you can refer
Happy to help further if required.
Report scheduler has existing and custom schedules which cannot be edited. The existing schedule for "ONCE" prompts for a start time which user is unable to edit. In addition, there is no option to delete recently created schedules that have expired or not needed.3 votes
The Existing Report Schedule can be edited using the Edit button in the UI. This feature is present in eMite 7.0 and beyond.
Would like the ability to schedule output of a report to .csv format. Currently it is only available as a manual export option.1 vote
Currently the data for scorecards is aggregated by agent over a timeframe. It would be excellent if the Genesys API would allow individual call scores that includes each question as a datapoint so a dashboard could drill down to performance on particular questions per agent.3 votes
As Paul confirmed, this is already available as raw data.
When reporting on time-series data, it should be possible to compare the current day/week/month data against a similar historical period. For example,
Today's day of week (Monday) with same day of week of Last Week,
Today's day of week & week of month (First Monday) with same of Last Month,
Today's day of year with same day of year of Last Year1 vote
Thank you Matt for the suggestion . This can be easily accomplished using KPI’s.
Please refer the eMite documentation
