Our center is only open Monday thru Friday. I would like to be able to set up a daily stat dashboard that always shows data from the previous business day, but currently the "Yesterday" filter refers only to calendar days, so on Mondays it won't show the data we are looking for without a manual filter.6 votes

Report scheduler has existing and custom schedules which cannot be edited. The existing schedule for "ONCE" prompts for a start time which user is unable to edit. In addition, there is no option to delete recently created schedules that have expired or not needed.3 votes
The Existing Report Schedule can be edited using the Edit button in the UI. This feature is present in eMite 7.0 and beyond.
Currently the data for scorecards is aggregated by agent over a timeframe. It would be excellent if the Genesys API would allow individual call scores that includes each question as a datapoint so a dashboard could drill down to performance on particular questions per agent.3 votes
